Eligibility & Accounts for Minors

Registration requires accurate and complete information (Name, Email, Date of Birth, etc.). You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password.

Non-Profit & Informative Nature

Leucothea is a strictly non-profit, informative platform. We do not sell products, charge fees, process payments, or generate revenue. All materials, features, and viewable modules are provided exclusively for educational, sporting, and informative purposes related to lifesaving sports.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

Your account is personal. By using Leucothea, you agree NOT to:

• Use the platform, its infrastructure, or any of the provided content for commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes.
• Attempt to scrape, mass-download, disrupt, compromise, or abuse the security and infrastructure of our platform.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and digital materials, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, are the exclusive property of the GREEK LIFESAVING SPORTS ASSOCIATION or its licensors or our partners, and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to view and read these materials for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

The platform and all accessible documents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, the GREEK LIFESAVING SPORTS ASSOCIATION does not warrant that the information within the modules is always updated or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Greek law, the Association, its board members, or affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

In no event shall the Association, its board members, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, or your reliance on any information provided herein.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms (such as attempting to compromise our security, scraping our data, or sharing your account credentials). For minor infractions, we will attempt to provide you with reasonable warning before termination. You can request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
